The Elevation Church "Exponential Conference" has been outstanding … from famous African musicians to many highly significant pastors from this beautiful continent.
A middle-aged pastor of one of Nigeria's largest churches said: "They tell me you might be Ed Cole’s son, is this true?” I answered that I was.
He grabbed me and hugged me.
With emotion and a few tears, he said, “When I was at university in Southern Nigeria, I found your father’s books at the local Bible bookstore. I bought every one they had. Your father mentored me through those books! Thank you. I am so very grateful that you are here and your father’s legacy is alive. We will help in every way we can.”
These are our brothers, coming together with favor and promise from across Nigeria, West Africa, even London, Europe and other parts of the world.
Today the conference concludes, then tomorrow we meet with key partners. On Friday and Saturday we have the Men of Honour Emancipation Summit.
It's been a packed schedule from the time we landed, and we’ve just begun.
